Energy Balance Session

This is for a 90 minute session + 3 days of telegram coaching afterwards for added support.

In your session I will be guiding you through movement, breath, body & energy scanning. As we speak & work together I will get intuitive messages for you. The combination of this will have you leaving with clarity, a deeper body/soul connection, stagnant energy moved & bring you into a state of balance + relaxation.

After our session we will keep contact for 3 days if you need any coaching or support on anything that is coming up for you for process.

I will be booking these sessions January onwards & right now this is a 2024 price before it raises in 2025.
