This guide will take you through 7 weeks of chakra exploration to understand what they are & how you can work with them.

Each week be with each chakra. Mon-Fri you will have a daily theme to correlate with each chakra.

Each day the task will take 5-60 minutes, depending on how deep you choose to go with it. This is the template!

Monday - Gratitude

Tuesday - Breathing
