Activate Your Shine

Activate Your Shine is a 12 step guide to a healthier, regulated, joyful, connected version of you. Built with simplicity in mind, meaning each month you will only focus on one thing, which you can do for as little or long per day as you'd like. Each tool given is to build awareness so you learn how to tap into nervous system to build a deeper connection to your body, mind and soul.

There are 12 modules, built to to taken over the course of a year; you could do this condensed in 12 weeks if you'd prefer.

1) Self Talk - conscious language and mirror practices

2) Water - blessing audios and diving into the truth about water

3) Sunshine - blessing audios and diving into how helpful the sun is

4) Earth - grounding audios and diving into what earthing / grounding is and it's incredible benefits

5) Breath - 3 different breathing audios and diving into how to utilize our natural breath

6) Movement - 1 yin yoga video, 1 intuitive movement video and diving into why daily movement is fantastic for the body

7) Meditation - a meditation audio and diving into the basic ways to meditate

8) Massage - 3 self massage videos and diving into why massage is nurturing

9) Inner Victim Healing - a meditation and practice around confronting your inner victims and healing / merging with them

10) Gratitude & Prayer - an audio blessing and practices of gratitude

11) Intention & Vision - an audio meditation and practices of cultivating inner vision, intention, purpose and mission

12) Embodiment & Soul - a coming together of everything with a final activation meditation breathing

My intention is showing you how you can tap into your own intuitive, parasympathetic system... so you can understand yourself on a deeper level, build strong self awareness and heal whatever it is you need to heal... so you become the brightest, healthiest version of yourself.

It is called Activate Your Shine because throughout your journey, as you integrate these tools, every part of you will activate, regulate, elevate and shine!
